Sounds VIsual Music Ltd is the owner of the copyright in the enclosed sound effects audio package. Copyright of the audio remains with the Licensor. When you purchase or download a sound effect or sound effects package you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the sound effects in the creation of new productions.
What you can not do…
These sounds, loops or samples can not be re-sold, sub-licenced, given away, assigned, transmitted, transferred or otherwise made available to third parties, except when incorporated into a new production. You may not make a derivitive product by incorporating or mixing the enclosed sounds with other sounds and sell, license or otherwise make available to third parties as loop, sample or sound effects only products.
